In contrast at the discretion of the Host(s), the act or deed of any kind or omission made by anyone person who claims to act under the color of law (not legally authorized) could be compelled to be prosecuted criminally and civilly to the fullest legal extent in any court that is appropriate. This taking of action within a court that is outside the PMAA is both only under extraordinary circumstances and, only by the discretion of the Hosts/Directors, without exception.
The Host(s)/Coordinator(s) shall have the right to sanction a member upon the vote of the Host(s), with a hearing of the facts where the member may be present after notification. Again, Patron members agree and understand that because the BCG Assembly is protected by the First, Fourth, Fifth, Ninth, Tenth, and Fourteenth Amendments et al. to the U.S.A. Constitution, it is out of the reach and power that is the responsibility of Federal as well as State Agencies and Authorities in relation to any grievances and grievances regarding the Assembly members or other related employees or persons. Any rights to complain or grievances will be resolved through an Assembly-designated committee/council, forum, or tribunal and may be abrogated by the patron-member to the benefit of the Assembly as well as its members.

Article Fourteen. Money, and Banking and Dues(fees).
The Director(s), as well as certain BCG members are aware of the FEDERAL RESERVE Act, also known as the law regarding the 12 FEDERAL RESERVE banks (a/k/a the FEDERAL RESERVE SYSTEM) as well as the FEDERAL RESERVE Note (“FRN”) that constitutes one of the “fiat” paper currency being issued by the United States as opposed to the united States of America. But, in accordance with the principles of harmless usage and necessity as outlined within the Law of Nations, the BCG knows of no viable alternative to receiving and otherwise using and transferring FRNs at any time and can establish any bank or brokerage account that is necessary to negotiate the value of any FRN which the BCG receives in order to use it for the payment of expenses et al. The Host(s) must review and promptly pay or contest any assessment assessed to this BCG PMAA through any de jure or de facto government authority. The Host(s) must review in a timely manner every licensing statute, regulation, or rule which is said to apply to the BCG PMAA and determine if a license is actually necessary to allow the BCG to operate lawfully within the location in which it is situated.
Host(s) knows of no viable alternative whereby philanthropic endeavors et al. transactions for money of constitutional lawful value, can be used, therefore, the current federal reserve note (FRNs) “debt instrument” dollars, a.k.a. US dollars, are used, and accepted by mere submission without consent in settlement “Without Prejudice.” They are used for all types of transactions and payments and awards, “Without Prejudice,” and without waiving the Host(s)’ rights to pay or receive payment in gold or silver coin pursuant to the constitutional mandate of the Constitution for the united States of America of original jurisdiction.

After voluntary termination, at the discretion of the Director(s) the properties of the BCG will be divided proportionally between the Hosts and significant patron-members, if any, who made donations/contributions (not payments for solutions) or who directly caused the acquisition of the assets through donations/contributions of money if they officially requested compensation at the time of funding/contribution received. The assets that aren’t distributed in a proportional manner between the members who made them available, or that directly contributed to the acquisition of these assets, at the discretion of the Director(s) will be the private assets of those who are still alive and competent.
